CALIFORNIA AVE SW FISH-PASSABLE CULVERT (2026-)
4E conducted an independent review of the preliminary design prepared by a previous consultant, providing a comprehensive stormwater design review and a Key Issues Memorandum. Prime was Bowman Consulting, Client: City of Seattle.
PORT OF SEATTLE WATERFRONT DESIGN AND ENVIRONMENTAL STANDARDS
4E led the development of Civil Engineering Standards for Stormwater, Sanitary Sewer, and Water utilities with EAEST for Port of Seattle Maritime projects
FORT DENT LEVEE REPAIRS & DUTCHMAN REVETMENT REPAIRS
4E developed a Technical Information Report (TIR) for NHC/King County's Fort Dent Levee Repair Project, and the Dutchman Revetment Repairs project: performing a comprehensive drainage review and documenting compliance
SE 240TH ST. CULVERT REPLACEMENT, KING COUNTY
4E Provided Stormwater drainage, H&H analysis and modeling, development of Basis of Design reports including preliminary engineering and PS&E for the project
PORT OF SEATTLE MARITIME DIVISION ON-CALL PROJECT REVIEW (2023-)
Provided environmental and design reviews for permitting & Reviewed construction plans and specifications of Maritime projects for compliance.
PORT OF SEATTLE DECANT FACILITY FEASIBILITY ASSESSMENT
As Environmental Discipline Lead on EA Environment Science & Technology Team, developed a comprehensive feasibility report for siting, conceptual design, Permitting and Environmental Impacts of a Decant facility
180TH CULVERT REPLACEMENT PROJECT STORMWATER WATER QUALITY TREATMENT ANALYSIS
Prepared the Stormwater Water Quality Treatment Analysis for the 180th Avenue SE at SE 408th Street Culvert Replacement Project for KPFF Consulting Engineers/King County.
MCGRAW ST. BRIDGE SEISMIC RETROFIT
4Elements developed the project SWPPP, Spill Prevention and Control Plan (SPCP), and Tree, Vegetation and Soils protection (TVSPP) plans for Pullman/SDOT
CITY OF KIRKLAND RAISED INTERSECTION
Four Elements provided PSOMAS with environmental assessment and SEPA/NEPA process documentation and prepared all necessary environmental analysis and permitting under local, state and federal regulations for the transportation project.
CITY OF REDMOND CONSTRUCTION STANDARDS AND SPECIFICATIONS UPDATE
Lead Redmond’s Construction Standards and Specifications annual update for a couple of years, facilitating the Public Works committee discussions to review and approve proposed changes put forth by departments and leading the development of the Green streets standard for Natural Resources department projects in concert with Transportation and O& M department senior staff.
CITY OF STEILACOOM PAVEMENT REHABILITATION
Four Elements provided PSOMAS with environmental assessment and SEPA/NEPA process documentation and prepared all necessary environmental analysis and permitting under local, state and federal regulations for the transportation project.
CITY OF FIFE NDPES PERMIT REPORT
Four Elements Engineers developed city’s annual NPDES permit report for 2019 and a follow up G20 report to DOE (gap analysis report) for areas of non-compliance, and an implementation plan and schedule for year-end compliance.
SPU SEWER REHAB- 24TH STREET
